Refund policy
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, contact us at [haneenghanem3@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hoursof delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no extra cost.
International Returns International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred.
